Puthri volunteers have felt a “larger-than-life” way of impact by engaging in activities of Project Puthri. They feel a sense of pride and rewarding fulfilment when they see the positive pay-off created by their work. And most of all, these volunteers get self-motivated when they motivate and encourage these young girls during their training sessions.
Depending upon your interests and skill sets you can choose to be a part of one or more of the following teams.

What can you do, if you are…
Educational Institutions - Universities & Colleges
As student volunteers you have the privilege & opportunity to create better environments for the underprivileged and understand the importance of creating healthier communities.
Schools
In addition to offering space and infrastructure to conduct Puthri training programmes, schools can help identify successful alumni who have made a mark with their career path. These individuals can continue to inspire as role models or mentors in creating a positive influence to the Puthri scholars on various subjects related to student life and beyond.
Individual Donors
As an individual you can sponsor a Puthri scholar for Rs. 5000 per annum. You can Help Project Puthri become the preferred charity partner in your work place events and involve your colleagues as advocates and participants of Puthri. You can support us in spreading the word about Puthri through your social networks.
Subject Matter Experts
As a Subject Matter Expert, you can support in up-skilling every Puthri and build their confidence to pursue gainful employment. You can be a role model to the Puthris and your skills, knowledge, and experience will create an meaningful impact in the lives of these young Puthris.
Associates / NGOs
As fellow NGOs you can join hands with us in realising our dream of making 10,000 underprivileged girl children 'Career Intentional' every year. Your partnership will help us to spread wings in your city of operations and helping us sign up more and more Puthris!

Internship
The Students from institutions are provided adequate exposure in working on ‘live’ projects relating to areas on, Life Skill mentoring sessions, Content Development ,Volunteer and People Resources Management ,Outreach Project Operations, Social Surveys and in Media and Communication related activities.
Infrastructure Support
Apart from collaborating for internship institutions can offer space and infrastructure to conduct Puthri training programmes, large scale events such as Udyog Utsav (One of its kind career conference), & PRAYAG (event to celebrate all our volunteers)
Research Support
AHCT comes out with various research reports on women empowerment and women workforce participation, girl child education ratio, and likes. Well established and heritage educational institutes can collaborate and contribute on these robust research studies.
